(1) Each outgoing cryogenic liquid storage tank must undergo five major processes: material feeding, inner liner assembly, outer jacket assembly, encapsulation, and post-encapsulation procedures;
(2) Covering 20 precise techniques including plate cutting, rounding, welding longitudinal seams, roundness correction, and assembly welding (see the processing flow chart for details);
(3) Chengde strictly controls the quality of each process, with each process assigned to a responsible person, and each storage tank accompanied by a corresponding factory qualification certificate;
(4) The national quality inspection department conducts comprehensive inspections to ensure that the products leaving the factory meet industry standards, which is a basic requirement, and even more importantly, comply with international export standards.
