Buffer tanks

The buffer tank is an important auxiliary device of the reciprocating pump, used to reduce the unevenness of flow in the pipeline. It is divided into two types: the suction buffer tank and the discharge buffer tank. The suction buffer tank is designed to reduce the unevenness of flow in the suction pipeline, minimize inertial losses, and enhance the suction performance of the pump. The discharge buffer tank is used to reduce the unevenness of flow in the discharge pipeline, prevent the occurrence of excessive flow, and meet the needs of the process flow.
